What Shelfie is

Shelfie is the app that remembers the exact products you buy — snap a photo, file it on your shelf, and find it again in seconds while you shop.

How to get help

The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@snapshelfie.com with the subject line "Shelfie support".

To help us solve things quickly, please include:

• Your device model and operating system version (for example, "iPhone 15, iOS 18" or "Pixel 8, Android 14")
• Which version of the Shelfie app you're using, if you can find it
• What you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected to happen
• A screenshot, if you can — it often saves a round trip

What to expect

We read every message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can — usually within a few days. There's no automated robot here; a real person on the Shelfie team will reply.
